LIONESS VALLEY HS GIRLS RUGBY
A new opportunity for high school girls to play rugby, compete, and be part of something bigger.
Lioness Valley HS Girls Rugby is open to all high school girls in the region, regardless of what school or school district they attend.
Whether you’re an experienced rugby player, coming from another sport, or have never touched a rugby ball before, there’s a place for you.
Our goal is to build a strong, competitive girls rugby program where athletes can develop their skills, challenge themselves, build confidence, make friendships, and experience everything that makes rugby such a great sport.
No experience necessary. All high school girls are welcome.
Why "Lioness Valley"?
A lioness represents strength, courage, determination, and the power of working together.
That's the identity we want this team to build.
Lioness Valley isn't about where you go to school. It's about who stands beside you when you take the field.
We're building more than a team for one season. We're building a program where girls can compete, develop as athletes, create friendships across school boundaries, and help grow girls rugby throughout our community.
For some players, Lioness Valley may be their introduction to rugby. For others, it may be the next step in their development. But every player who joins has an opportunity to help shape what this program becomes.
Different schools. Different backgrounds. One Valley. One team.
This is Lioness Valley Rugby.
