Who We Are
Mission Statement
The Mission Statement of the Temecula Mountain Lions Rugby Club is to promote, manage, and teach the game of Rugby in the community, as well as to support worthy local charities, all the while developing a regionally renowned Club which hosts adult and youth players that demonstrate pride, passion, and dignity both on and off the field.
Rugby Culture
RUGBY HAS AN UNIQUE CULTURE
Rugby culture is distinctive and draws people to the sport for life. The culture is centered around teamwork, commitment, respect, and sportsmanship.
This culture is reflected at every level of rugby, wherever and whenever it is played.
In our rugby community, you can experience this first-hand at any rugby game day both on and off the field. The focus of the day is on teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. Rugby Saturdays are family events with food and fun.

The home club hosts the visiting teams with a post-match meal and socializing.

The referees are law. They are respected and called “sir” or "mam".

While on the field players work as a team to compete at their collective highest level, but when the game ends respect and friendship are shown to the opposition.

Mountain Lions Rugby Club
We are a local 501 (c)(3) non-profit focused on spreading the rugby culture and helping the sport growing our community, state and country.Promoting teamwork and respect amongst youth and adults, collaborating with parents, local businesses, and other teams and non-profits to make this happen. Join us in the movement as a member of our club, a business partner sponsor or a volunteer and be a part of this fantastic community.
